Welcome to the Center for Dental Rehabilitation, a practice dedicated to the comfort and convenience of our patients. Our practice is committed to ensuring every patient has access to world class dental care despite any conditions which may have limited or prevented care in the past. The Center for Dental Rehabilitation exists to deliver an experience designed entirely around patients’ complete needs and to provide comprehensive and anxiety-free treatment.
Dr. Maureen Toal, D.M.D., a dental professional with more than 25 years in the field, extensive Licensure, Publications, Awards and Honors, is ultimately dedicated to improving treatment for patients through collaboration with staff and colleagues. Dr. Toal attended and completed a General Practice Residency and three years of anesthesia preceptorship with the anesthesia department at John Cochran VA Medical Center and Reavis Barracks VA in St. Louis, Missouri.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Toal has helped thousands of patients achieve their smiles; living free from infection and dental pain and the overarching medical conditions resulting in poor, incomplete or no dental care. Through the successful integration of all forms of anesthesia into treatment, Dr. Toal has been able to effectively treat a range of patients whose anxiety, medical or psychological conditions had prevented comprehensive dental care.
Merging an unparalleled breadth of experience and depth of expertise, Dr. Toal has refined the “Toal Method™,” a comprehensive approach to treating the mouth as an organ system to help ensure the health of the body. Dr. Toal has combined hundreds of hours of continuing education with her 25 years of practical hands-on experience to create “The Toal Method Seminar,” a 3-day course designed to empower dentists to comprehensively treat all types of patients using all forms of anesthesia in a safe, predictable, and stress-free manner.
Toal Method provides dentists the foundation for enhancing patient care while extending the reach of their practice to a wider audience with positive impact to the business of their practice.
More About Dr. Toal, D.M.D.
Dr. Toal started in dentistry as a certified dental assistant working in her father’s dental practice. Increasing her education and experience, she became a registered dental hygienist, then Emergency Medical Technician, and eventually graduated with a Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
Dr. Toal completed her General Practice Residency at John Cochran VA Medical Center and Reavis Barracks VA. Her four-year preceptorship was at Lutheran Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. She started in private practice with her father in St. Louis, learning hospital dentistry.
